Legal & disclosures

The fine print, in plain language.

Nothing on this site is investment advice or an offer. NEN does not yet exist. Read carefully.

Risk disclosure

Cryptocurrencies and digital tokens are highly volatile and may lose all value. Smart contracts can contain bugs that result in total loss of funds. Regulatory action in your jurisdiction may restrict your ability to hold, transfer, or use NEN. Liquidity is not guaranteed. You should only participate with funds you can afford to lose entirely.

Not a security, not an offer

NEN is designed as a utility token tied to the operation of the Natural Energy Network ecosystem. Nothing on this site constitutes an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a recommendation regarding any security, token, or financial instrument in any jurisdiction. Final regulatory characterization will be confirmed with qualified counsel before TGE.

Restricted jurisdictions

Participation in any future token sale or distribution will be unavailable to persons located in jurisdictions where such participation is prohibited or where it would require registration or licensing the project does not hold. The current candidate restricted list is published with the launch documentation.

Privacy summary

This concept site collects no personal information beyond standard server logs and any email you voluntarily submit to a newsletter form. Emails will only be used to send the updates you opted into and may be deleted on request to privacy@naturalenergy.io. No third-party trackers are loaded.

Terms of use summary

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial information purposes. You may not scrape it for the purpose of representing yourself as affiliated with the project, nor reproduce the NEN brand without written permission. The full terms are published with the launch documentation.

Forward-looking statements

The roadmap, supply model, and tokenomics on this site are concepts under active design. They will change based on community input, audit findings, and regulatory developments. Treat all phases, dates, and parameters as subject to revision.
